As there is only limited information available at this time, we performed a demographic search and found that the property on 6224 Lake Brandt Road is adjacent to a nearby established neighborhood at Cedar Chase Drive. Most homes in that area are listed from $400,00 to $600,000. The Redfin estimate is around mid $500,000 for a 4 bedroom 3000 sq.ft. home in the area. Yet, not many homes are for sale in that area.
