A project called Falcon’s Point near the Historic Oakwood district is moving to the next phase.

filed the site review application late December 2023 to demolish his exiting structure on 311. N. Tarboro Street in Raleigh in order to construct the new-multi story mixed use building.
According to the Triangle Business Journal, the development cost will be around $8.5 million. The ground floor of the mixed-used building will have 5,000 sq.f.t of commercial space.
James Montague is a seasoned investor and developer in Raleigh. For 24 years, the estate developer has expanded his portfolio in his hometown with the focus on affordable housing and commercial investment in underserved area.
